Please search the current threads to see if anyone has had the same problem that you are having.
They might have a fix for the problem already.
When you find a problem with any of our sites, and/or need some help it would be extremely helpful if you let us know the following things.
What browser you are using?
What Operating System are you using?
Are you on a high speed connection or are you using dialup?
Include the url which you are having a problem with.
Try to include as much detail as possible to explain the problem.
